Our client is a European group from the financial services sector. The company is a reliable and valued employer and business partner. It is marked by a high culture of work and relationships. Due to its dynamic development, we are looking for Candidates for the position:

HR Country Lead Warszawa HRCL/2017

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • establishing and managing a sustainable relationship with the country organization?s management and international HR SPoCs
  • supporting and advising the international and country organizations?s managers, employees and international SPoCs in all aspects of the recruiment proces, particularly with regard to advertising vacancies, conducting interviews, contacting external recruitment agencies and selecting appropriate candidates
  • coordinating the cooperation with the HR & Payroll Services provider
  • implementing the annual HR processes in closed collaboration with headquarters
  • ensuring adherence to local employment-law provisions and to protect the Company, as far as possible, against infringements
  • managing the cultural change process and to support the implementation of company culture

Skills and abilities:

  • relevant University Degree in HR/ Business/ Law
  • 7-10 years of HR management experience, preferably from the financial and/or IT/technology sectors
  • brings along experience in building up near-/offshoring centers with a reasonable size of minimum 400 FTE
  • experience from an international matrix environment with many stakeholders
  • good knowledge of Polish labour law
  • strong business mindset
  • exemplary projects management, planning and organizational skills
  • autonomous and proactive
  • strategic capabilities but enjoys being operational
  • high energy and stamina
  • flexible mind set, open to change
  • stress resilient
  • very good command of English (must-have)
  • good command of German (nice-to-have)
